Grafton House has a wide range of dorms and rooms to accommodate you and your friends during your travels. First stop when arriving in New Zealand, small break between the Northland and the rest of the North Island or last stop before going home, we have everything you need to have a good night sleep. Our mixed dorms welcome guests from 18 to 40 years old, and our private rooms will accommodate everyone.
Budget rooms are available for the price conscious traveler, all the advantages as our standard dorms except without a window

4-BED BUDGET DORM
Our 4-bed budget dorm gives you all the advantages of staying in a 4-bed dorm, but without the view and at a cheaper price.
10-BED POD DORM
Our newly renovated 10-bed dorm becomes pods! Get your own private space, with a curtain, your own power socket and light, and your own locker. The room come with an incredible view of Auckland, Devonport, Rangitoto and the ocean.
4-BED POD DORM
Our newly renovated 4-bed dorm has become pods! Enjoy your own privacy with curtain, your own power socket and light, and your own locker. This room doesn't have a view.
DOUBLE BED PRIVATE
Our double rooms are made to make you feel at home, with a nice king size bed and shared bathrooms and the ocean view.
DOUBLE BED BUDGET
Enjoy the privacy of a private double room at a cheaper price with this room, that doesn't have a window.
2-BED MIXED DORM
Get some privacy in our 2-bed dorms. They accommodate 2 guests, in either bunk beds or twin beds (subject to availability).

6-BED MIXED DORM
